Our Brewery is situated inside Atlas Mill, on the second floor, making it directly above your head when you come to The Tipp Inn, Brighouse. The former stainless steel workshop, has also been a foundry and proved to be a massive challenge when owner Davd Brown decided to convert it into a Microbrewery and Bar.
The bar itself is recognised by some as being taken directly from the Albion, shortly before it's refurb into a chinese restaurant. Luckily for The Tipp Inn the bar was a perfect fit and looks as though it's been there for years!
Owner and Designer - David Brown
David began his career in the brewery industry as a Brewery Installation Specialist and still provides this service through his company Kismet UK. He sucessfully installed the micro brewery at The Tipp Inn, as well as converting the mill into the fabulous drinking location that it is!
INSIDE THE BREWERY

THE OWNERS

David Brown and Tracy Rayner own the building and the brewery, and are often in and around chatting with customers. They have owned numerous bars at times and have managed to turn this run down mill into a beautful place to drink and socialise!
THE MANAGERS

Greg Morgan has recently left his full time teaching position to concentrate on the bar, and involve himself in the brewing process! He spends most of his time however looking after the pub dog Meatloaf, and taking care of the day to day running of The Tipp Inn! He can be often found challenging customers to a game of Wii Golf.. but tends to be a bad loser! Laura Costelloe helps runs the bar, when she has any free time from running their other company, Morgan and Costelloe Design, a creative design company. Laura has previously worked in the bar industry for 5 years, training through Mitchel and Butlers before coming to work for her brother David.
THE DOG
And then this is Meatloaf, the Basset Hound. Can usually be seen (or heard) at The Tipp Inn!
